Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully confident in your purchase. Each Rotaring is made to order with care and precision. Please review the policy below to understand your eligibility for returns.


Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, only if the item meets all of the following conditions:

- It is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

- It has not been customized or made to order

- The return request was submitted within 14 days of receipt

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

- Made-to-order rings, including any custom sizes or material selections

- Gold rings (due to significant material investment, all gold purchases are final sale)

- Used or damaged items not caused by a manufacturing defect

- Sale items or gift cards


Faulty or Incorrect Items


If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at enquiries@rotaring.co.uk and include clear photos of the issue.


Exchanges


We do not offer standard exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please contact us.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email enquiries@rotaring.co.uk with your order number and reason for return

  2. If eligible, we’ll provide return instructions

  3. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

Please note your bank may take additional time to post the refund.


Sizing Responsibility


We do not accept returns due to incorrect sizing. As each ring is made to order, please refer to our Ring Size Guide before purchasing. If you need help choosing the right size, contact us before ordering.
